Can't shoot, and he is not working hard on D.
And he won't stay with his man at the 3 point line.

He just ran out to put a hand up on a 3 point shooter in front of NW bench.
Ran by the shooter, then walked back on the court.
Of course, his man gets an easy rebound, pass, and more 2nd chance points.

Williams has been sick this week. Missed some practices. Still...

Here's a fundamental problem we have--we are never in position to shoot when we catch the ball. Part of that is our soft passing, which gives more time for defenders to get to the ball. The other part is where the ball is thrown to the guy getting the ball--good passers get the ball to the shooter in the position he likes to catch and shoot. Another problem is none of our guys have their feet set when the ball comes their way. When Mike Williams has had good games all of those things have been properly in place.

Yes and yes and yes. Nobody ever spots up for shots...it's like that concept doesn't exist on this team

Even when we were up by nine they were all NW. I get that we aren't good, but announcers usually have some bias toward the home team.
