. "Go Knights Go, Go Knights Go, hey Rutgers what do yo say, the Scarlet Knights are gonna win today, Go Knights Go...."

First of all congrats to the Cubs (awesome series), but now I can't get that friggin' Go Cubs Go song out of my head. I thought it was awesome to hear the whole stadium singing in unison. I have admit I have been in the dark as prior to the playoffs I never heard this song ( the Red Sox and Sweet Caroline was the only stadium wide song that comes to mind otherwise). I have been to 5 or 6 games at Wrigley, but the Cubbies either lost or I left before the game ended.

Funny I couldn't stop singing "Go Trump Go, Go Trump Go!" in my head all afternoon. Thanks, here we go again, dammit!

I don't know if a coincidence or not but last Knight "NBC Nightly News"
had a story on the most addictive songs. Also if you Google there is an article from the Science section of The New York Times.

Most addictive song "Bad Romance" Lady Gaga
Also on list for us 80's guys "Don't Stop bELieving"

2) MY LAST KEYSTROKES before I read your post was looking
at an email from a moderator saying poltical posts get you banned (so post those n the general discussion thread).
3) Related? now I have "Bad Romance" AND a daydream version of the ice bucket challenge.
4) My Stevepikiell.com may come in use.

I also never heard the Go Cubs Go song until this year's playoffs.

And I love it!

I bought it yesterday and listened to it all day.

I think that is so cool to have a song the entire stadium sings, can't imagine what it was like being there and singing it after they won game 5 at home. Must have been epic.

It is a simple song, and just perfect for fans to chime in on.

GO CUBS GO!!!

Zappaa, did you ever collect cards? Have you checked out ToppsNow? (limited run cards based on the prior day or so). Some nice Cubs cards. BTW down to my 1985T and one 1989 UD set. Also have a mostly complete 1975T. Before your time?

"Bad Romance" was on the 1035 rotation for about two weeks and I swear to God every single time I got in my car and turn the radio on it came on. I couldn't get away from the damn song! Oh and it was followed by the "cheerleader" song. SMH!

Admit it, you were full blown dancing and steering wheel drumming to that duo at one point in time [banana]

Used to sing the Steelers Polka at Texas Arizona in Hoboken after Steelers touchdowns.
