Greg Schiano is going to be the Next Nick Saban

Maybe Al's right. We all know Coach Schiano know what he's doing. Why not?
Saban won his first Natty and then went to the NFL. Then to Bama. I don’t see the similarities. GS can maybe be a Bill Snyder but OP is in fantasy land. If Greg can even win a natty here it would be bigger than all of Saban’s titles.

Sorry, but this is clueless. Not many willingly wanted to go to Manhattan, Kansas for college.
That’s why Bill Snyder’s ceiling was limited.

Kids would want to go to Rutgers if we built a field house and adequately supported NIL. This is a prime recruiting area, and because we’re right next to NYC, it’s the biggest stage of all.

Ohio State cannot offer what we can. Michigan cannot offer what we can. Penn State cannot offer what we can. All we need is for a group of alumni to care, and there will be no limit to what we achieve. Rutgers can be the Yankees of College Football.

We haven’t really done much, and we’re bringing in a terrific class for ‘25.

when someone feels the needs to make political comments when posting in a sports related thread, they are the ones sick.
Other sickos try to keep the foolishness going and should be ashamed of themselves for making this thread CE material .
Even a thread like this shouldn't be made political.
Hopefully the mods will start cleaning up political BS posted on this board if some kiddies can't behave

As for Saban
Greg is better than Lou when it comes to college ball, but a far cry from Nick and no matter how much I feel Greg is good for Rutgers, I'd take Nick over him in a second.
But keep Greg if it was between him and Lou 😁

When you call someone clueless it’s just so hysterical but makes me nervous at the same time
