When: MEET AND GREET w/FORMER RU GREAT AND NFL ALUM LEONTE CAROO 4:30 to 5:30

When: RU @ MARYLAND 6:00 PM kickoff

Why: Cheer on you SCARLET KNIGHTS as they try to move up the B1G's bowl game pecking order!!!
What: Game will be on giants wall TV's and majority of 42" screens PLUS GAME SOUND

SPECIALS: $2 off "big beers" and $5 off buckets

Leonte was an awesome Scarlet Knight and he and Nova were a powerhouse combination. But I was put off by the fact that he sat courtside with Pat Hobbs at the time when Hobbs was botching the resigning of Schiano. While Leonte primarily played for Flood, I was disappointed by the lack of loyalty. It all worked out in the end.

The TD reception he had to stun Temple to save us from a disastrous loss is something I'll always remember. The other play that comes to mind was the first play from scrimmage at Fresno State. He and Nova connected on a 75 yard TD where the ball was 50+ yards in the air. We ended up losing that game in overtime but Caroo had a big day. That was a fun road trip, although wildfires disrupted our plans and we stayed mostly in San Franciso instead of Yosemite.

I think it happened both games? Talked to Caroo about this last night and DEF happened vs Fresno St.

BTW - Leonte is a GREAT guy. Had a blast hanging out with him last night. Did a GREAT job with the fans, as well, I'll get some pictures up later.
