I'm gonna say it again: joining the B1G has helped recruiting in almost every sport. Some thought that wouldn't be the case, that it would hurt us, but the opposite has happened practically across the board (hasn't helped women's hoops...shhhhhh....starting to help football with Ash here...hopefully will finally help men's hoops).
