Yea we already went over this, he's not coming here. NJ Varsity is covering it, our guys aren't going. He's doing one of those stupid video's where he's probably on top of the Empire State building claiming how great Raleigh , NC is. While he toss's an RU hat in the garbage. It's over the fat lady has sung, leave and don't come back when you need a job.
I noticed God revealed his hand again in the tweet from this young man. No wonder my prayers go unanswered as God is spending most of the workday with helping kids decide to commit and later decommit.
N.C. State makes no sense, other than some sort of allegiance to North Carolina.

In 2016, they lost to a 3-9 East Carolina (thanks Philip Nelson).
On the plus side, Doeren and Ash are old buddies, and maybe RU will go 8-5 this year!

When I was a kid in the 60's these South Jersey kids could not attend l NC State or any other ACC schools. Rutgers didnt receuit them either because we thought we were an Ivy League school and had no black athletes..Now when we would kill to keep these guys who live right down the NJ Turnpike they can't wait to go to Raleigh where once they weren't even allowed to watch a game no less play in one. Yes race relations have changed but they never seem to favor Rutgers.Go figure.

At least you admit to your weakness. Seriously, consider constructing intelligible thoughts, and maybe do a little research. You are quite silent on the player development thread and the other thread where you were absolutely schooled.
You keep saying that like we are currently better. We're not. They are choosing mediocrity over being terrible. Which we were the past 2 seasons.
With last year's class, and the transfers, we are on the way up. Unclear which way NC State is heading. Doeren was close to being fired last year. Be part of building something or go somewhere that has been middling for 3 years. However you want to spin it, though.
NC state is showing some life in the program. They beat a good UNC team and should have beat the national champs. This is what we hope to happen here. Kids will stay home when that happens.

The list of teams that find NJ a fertile recruiting area is growing. And NC State is far from an elite landing spot. Fleck and Schiano, when they talk on the phone, must laugh. Before long, Bucknell's Joe Susan might be eating our recruiting lunch.
However YOU want to spin it. On the way up is definitely up for debate. It could happen and it could not. There really is no evidence at this point that the high water mark for the next couple of seasons will be no more than four or five wins. And if recruiting stays at the same level, that could be the high water mark for a while.
At this point a NC State team that has been over .500 and going to bowls is better than the near future for RU.
Ridiculous - we crushed NC just 2 years ago in a bowl - If you cannot hold serve against NCST in your home state then you have real problems - Bad vibes continue - This year is critical. Big improvment and a decent recruiting year are a must - if not Ash must go plain and simple -
