As we all know the shooting numbers are horrid across the board, long, short and free.

DEFENSE
50th in adjusted defenive efficiency .969 points allowed per possession

45.3% effective FG% 22nd!!!

One stat we are #1 in the nation.......62.4% of our points come from made 2 point FGs.

I find it crazy we get so many of our shots blocked, but we block so many other peoples shots. If you like watching blocked shots just come to a Rutgers game.

Our defense is at where it needs to be. Just need to improve our offense...A TON

Would be interesting to see how those numbers compare to last year. If I had to pick which side to improve after the end of last year it would have been defense.

All aspects of Rutgers offense is abysmal which ultimately translates to the inability to score in the 70 point range which is needed to win league games.Everybody knows there is a dire need for shooters but getting them to commit to Rutgers is the hard part.

last year the offense was worse. I think the slight improvement in offense is all because of offensive rebounding. Last year we were 303rd in offensive efficiency .963 points per possession.

The best thing I can say about defense last year is our opponent only shot 68.3% from the line.
