INTERESTING MILLEN COMMENT ON RUTGERS FIRST POSSESSION OF GAMES VS. OSU AND WISKY

In response to announcer's comments on how Rutgers was effective on its first possession vs OSU and Wisky and then shut down the rest of the way , Millen said that defensive adjustments were made. Which then begs the question , why can't Rutgers make similar adjustments. Third quarters have been awful for Rutgers, no doubt again their inability to make adjustments at halftime.

That's an easy question to answer.. We don't have competent coaches. They are completely over their heads at this level.
