Football Isaih Pacheco to Kansas City Chiefs

NJ is lucky for the good HS coaches that are there.
I have a theory on that.. and for out relative strength over, say NY.

NJ has a ton of municipalities, school districts, high schools. They could all be merged into far fewer school districts with larger regional high schools and that would mean far fewer HS football teams and far fewer opportunities for kids to play football.

Kids might start at a small HS and then not even make the team (if they have cuts) at a far larger HS.

BUT.. kids mature at different ages. Same for growth spurts and levels of coordination. A kid that might not make a team in a larger, more competitive environment might play.. or at least be a bench player at a smaller HS where he will eventually blossom into a good player who could play anywhere.

So NJ plays a lot more kids... and that means they graduate to eventually become college players, pee-wee coaches and HS coaches.. etc.
