This has been a public service message brought to you by the sad refuse of a once great Rutgrrs basketball fan.

Yeah. I actually like this Notre Dame team

That shit ain't right.

Notre Dame is almost* always the greater evil.

*In the NCAA tournament Duke is always the greatest evil.

It's too bad the earth can't open up and swallow both teams. That said, ND is seriously skilled offensively.

Karl-Anthony Towns is going to be great in the NBA. A taller more athletic Zach Randolph.

From Piscataway.

ND blew it by missing 3 of their last 5 foul shots down the stretch. I don't think they ever doubled Towns. He just banked in 5 footers off the glass all night long. I really hope that Wisconsin can hit 3's and beat UK.

I wasn't rooting for Notre Dame. I was rooting against Kentucky.

Sorry, but Calipari's track record made rooting for Notre Dame acceptable. I mean, how many schools have to hire Hazmat crews after he's gone before you root against the guy?

That Notre Dame team plays the right way. Lots of Princeton cuts and moving without the ball, great passing, can shoot the 3, good D, ability to break, etc. I don't mind admitting rooting for them.

I hate ND but found myself rooting for them to beat Kentucky...I feel dirty.

totally agree, especially after his post game by saying that his team didn't play that well

he was outclassed by 19 year old Towns who spoke about what a battle and great game it was

what an arse hole

Notre Dame has the national brand and most of their teams are very successful. In a matchup against Kentucky mens basketball its a battle of high profile schools that will draw huge ratings.I understand the viewpoint of some Rutgers fans hating those teams because Rutgers will never be at their perception level.
