You might have missed the part that applies to this situation ... because it doesn't exist, unless you're saying that the administrators have the right to send out emails expressing this sentiment, which I guess they do.

Trivializing human suffering? I guess costumes of dead or seriously injured people are out then.

My best friend is Asian and grew up in South Jersey. He has stories of racist people down there, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone dressed in a way that offended somebody.
