Just read that we got a defenseman from Princeton. Anyone have an update on this/impact assessment?

IL has a write-up. SSDM rather than close D. Missed some games in '24 due to injury but ran a regular shift in '23 and '24 when healthy. Good size. The impression I get is not a star but would see plenty of game time.

Position of need and will play immediately at SSDM. Wouldn’t be surprised if we took one more. Good thing is Princeton plays in a similar system. It won’t be foreign to him.

Portal is crazy what’s going on. Felt good about a couple of other guys that went elsewhere. Big week this week with guys on campus.

100%. Some crazy numbers are getting thrown around. The portal for high end players isn't helping things.

There was a player we thought we had but wound up going to a conference foe. Not really sure what they offered him that we didn't.
