Decommits even happen to Ohio State.
They happen and they're expected somewhat to a degree. OSU - along with other major powers - has 3 to 4 decommits every year. Happens to Bama almost every year. On to the next one. I believe their attitude is that if the kid doesn't want to be at OSU, they'll find another excellent recruit that does.
