first big game he breaks, curfew to drink illegally? and he gets the job
first no matter what? and Julie gets fired and not Flood?

you have to love it, booing a 19 year old kid, and then criticizing him for showing a some emotion only the RU fan base can justify this.
This wasn't just " a 19 year old kid" like ours. He had the biggest opportunity
and in a great position that anyone of us would die for. He responded by
illegally drinking and missing curfew before the first game. Not a leader
that for sure, and proved he wasn't up to the job. This wasn't a reason to
boo him, but if had any understanding of anything out side a bar, he would
have realized Rettig's position and had some empathy, he wasn't being booed
and should have known it.
This new coach better impress Rettig, because of right now I think he
has had it with RU. or at least should, in my opinion.

Laviano will never start another game for RU.I hope Rettig stays(which he should) as there is a great chance for him to start for 2 years.It is more than ironic that Flood intended to recruit Long Island today.The master plan had gone so wrong.

This is what happens during crappy seasons when everyone is miserable. I don't mind the QB has a little fire (same as Zeke at OSU). Lavi wasn't first RU QB to lose it and he probably wont be the last. Remember all that F.A.M.I.L.Y stuff came from time when team felt isolated and even fans were seen as outsiders
