Really going out on a limb with the thread title.

Let's see, one school had a kid actually die and another school had some kids verbally and physically abused. Yeah, the one where the kid died makes the other one look tame.

I don't think you can call it a common denominator yet, since the Maryland video is not out yet.

There have been several FOI requests for the video of the Maryland workout. At the very end of Tuesday's presser you can hear a reporter ask a question about the video. The AD glances in the reporter's direction but a woman with a hand held mic announces that the presser is over and the AD walks away from the podium.
