I would expect it is impacted by the conf, tourney seedlings.
If the 1 seed loses in the championship to the 3, I would expect little impact.
If that 1 went out first game (semis)...and a much lower seed won the event then maybe more impact.
They way they have these new systems set up " body of work" ..it should be impactful.
(and I'm not a fan of it)
