Not huge dollars or anything, but both men's and women's teams earn some extra $ from their home state sponsor based on winning B1G conf titles, advancing to FF, and winning the NC.

I have no problem with this.

Just hope we have some sort of incentive clause with Adidas too.

UA writes those types of bonuses into contracts with lots of schools. Appearing in championship games = big exposure and advertising. It's not something they do just with Maryland.
