Not for nothing, the guy was well rewarded for years for his silence. Once the whole thing came out and JoePa died, the jig was up. He really should have had no expectation of being retained by the new head coach. The whole thing is silly. Then again, he's entitled to have a go with the justice system and whatever shakes out is what it is. He's never coaching at the D1 level again, so if he grabs some cash on the way out, I guess it's the new American way.
My guess is he moves to middle America and has a full conversion from ginger to Mormon

he was outraged, because he says McQuery should have been jailed and
