This is the first line that has surprised me. I thought most were low to this point. I'm gonna take the 21.
If they shut down Giovanni Resigno our defense will have no answer for their offense. I would give the points because the probability of them shutting us down is greater than the probability of Giovanni being the next Mike Teel. My comment is purely based on betting. Also factor in that it's an away game.

This line is shocking (and depressing), as I thought it would open at RU +14ish. Will be interesting to see how the line moves. Will also be interesting to see how the media reacts if we pull the upset.

why in the world are you guys shocked by this? What RU team have you been watching and bear in mind, we now start an unknown and unproven commodity against a team that has good line play, is disciplined, can move the ball and it's away

My guess is the line must not only have to do with QB play, but also special teams and therefore average starting field position. Does Minny have a good returner?
That is the problem. I could never bet against RU and based upon our history I have learned never to bet on RU. We always seem to find new and interesting ways to lose even when we are good.

They already forgot we lost AT HOME by 17 to a terrible Illinois squad. Lay the points if your thing is betting on CFB
So far Rutgers has not covered. There is no reason to think they will start covering any time soon.
