Rutgers is the bottom of the Big Ten, in FOOTBALL*, in 2016, yes. But not as a school - not when it comes to research, especially science, engineering, and medical; not when it comes to a stadium and atmosphere - a night game at our place when we have a shot is more intense than Illinois, Purdue, Northwestern and I'm sure a few more could ever dream of; and not when it comes to some other sports as well. Are there some sports, notably football and basketball, where we currently are not good - yes. But if Ash stays the course with recruiting the way he has been, football is about to be good again, and we will see what Pikiell can do but so far the team looks like it will improve. The good/bad thing about college sports is the players you have will all change in 4 years, so if you build a BRAND, a CULTURE, that's what keeps the good ones coming. And that's what Ash is doing.
