Just got done looking up players in MLB from Rutgers (attached).

I noticed that the players before the 20th century were from Rutgers College : Scarlet.
Those before 1955? were the Chanticleers....and those after are the Scarlet Knights.

I suggest that Rutgers in an effort to wipe the slate clean (i.e. hiring our new coach....hopefully GS)...restore our original name: Scarlet / drop the knights. There are several teams with knights in them. We R the first and perhaps only Scarlet.

Let's use it to differentiate our team...while making us great again (or for the first time): MRGAOTFIT.
