Does anyone know what's going on with the lot on Neilson between New and Liberty?

It was supposed to be a large residential development built by Matrix that wrapped around a parking deck. They went as far as building the deck late last year but there's been no sign of any progress ever since. I had heard they received both a PILOT and state tax credits, so what's the hold up?

Just an update on this for anyone else who is interested. It appears as if they are prepping for whatever construction is going to occur. Some heavy equipment is on site and they are stripping the pavement from where the parking lot was.
