What does '3 keepers' mean?

I've played in free Yahoo leagues the past 10 years or so, have done well some years. I'm not familiar w this set up. If you need one extra , I'll play , but you might have to walk me thru the 3 Keeper part. Also, is it a real draft or auto draft. I've done both.

OK, thanks, I just emailed you. I forgot to ask, or maybe I did, is this a for money league, and if so how much ? I have limits, lol.
