RU wins 1-0. Suffocating defense yet again, only allowed 3 shots by Cornell.
matt, it wasn't so much defense this game. 95% of the game was played in the Cornell defensive end. We out shot them something like 24-3 & 12-0 in penalty corners. Their D & goalie played very well. However our D better be ready tomorrow vs Princeton.

HUGE WEEKEND AND WIN!!!

** Please take note that neither The Dicky Dentist, Mrs Twistie-tie, 2 posters who have called for our FH HC’s Head for years, once again have NOTHING to say following multiple huge wins, let alone one over our rival and the nation’s 6th ranked team. #shockernotshocker

1-0 Victory over No. 6 Princeton is Highest Ranked Win in Field Hockey History

No. 23 Rutgers field hockey claimed its highest ranked victory in program history Sunday, defeating No. 6 Princeton 1-0. Princeton had a 13-2 advantage in shots and 9-1 lead in corners, but RU's defense held the Tigers off the scoreboard. Austyn Cuneo scored the game's only goal for the Scarlet Knights.

Off to a 4-0 season start and possibly the biggest win in RU FH history. All good news, so naturally it is all completely ignored by NS-L.

Believe we are 5-0. Do you or anyone else know when the new rankings come out?
You are an ass Nuts I never once called for the field hockey coach to be let go. We know the sports and they have been discussed ad nauseum. The program is headed in the right direction and am very excited.
