The article goes on to celebrate the performer’s successes in sports and academics while at Rutgers U, and also as a singer.

My late Dad was born 8 days later. He passed this last NYE. He said the day before he wanted to go to the Gator Bowl.

He always said Paul Robeson had a great voice.
