One thing I’ve noticed with these tourney teams

And something I’ve seen a lot from us under Brecht- they all got better as the season progressed. Hopkins looks like a different team. Michigan the same.

We’ve always done this. This season was the first one I can remember that we didn’t get significantly better as the season progressed. We have to do that next season.

Michigan brings a band. Gotta give that school credit. When they go in on something they go all in.

That will be tough to top. Cornell made two mistakes in OT that in combination were fatal.

And now we have Princeton-PSU..My wife is from Pennsylvania, so throughout college I had to put up with the condescending attitude of the locals. But I am a fossil RU grad, and back in the day there was nothing better than beating the Tigers. Not just in lacrosse but all sports.

So, this game is one of mixed emotions. It's like watching your mother-in-law going over a cliff in your new car.

This is a lesson to keep playing. It’s a long season with lots of opportunities. Princeton, Army. Michigan, Yale, all at one time or another were written off as dead or near dead.
