Wonder what cascade of events this might create - Noah Dickerson released by Florida from letter of intent

Probably a slim chance that RU jumps directly into this - but if Dickerson goes somewhere that is already maxed out on recruits - does somebody interesting suddenly start having to look for a school? Isn't that like how Shaquille Doorson found his way to RU?

NU has 1 scholarship left and some folks think/hope he will follow Burno to NU since he was hired as an assistant coach. The NU mods have been in contact with him and said a write up is coming. He would be a starter from day 1.

BTW, the name is "Burno". Burno belongs at Rutgers. We get Lew Alcindor's high school teammate, former Red Bank Regional HS (NJ) coach and Nebraska's winningest ever coach, Danny Nee, to join Fred Hill's staff at Rutgers - a soft landing for a coach whose career is on the downhill. The basketball gawds even the score by allowing the Rutgers Athletics Dept to ignore the availability of what would have been a stellar addition to the staff. What needs to get done never gets done. Rutgers is their own worst enemy.
