OT: 2018 Hula Bowl to Raleigh, NC

Reports today that the college football all-star game will be revived, in NC State's Carter-Finley Stadium in 2018. The game hasn’t been played since 2008 and never outside of Hawaii.

So much for HB2?

HB2 will be a done deal by 2018 or this state is in big trouble. Sat in a meeting last week with the head of the state department of labor and a few UNC big wigs last Friday. They were told get this fixed or no more jobs to NC.

Will the U of Hawaii be represented on one of the teams ? A really long trip for sure.

Mid-January in Raleigh in an open-air stadium is a huge negative, for sure. Need a domed venue that time of year. They could luck out and get a nice day in Raleigh, but odds are against them.
