OT: Buying parking passes on the secondary market

Not helpful to your question, but in my experience parking passes are very hard to come by on the secondary market.
When necessary, I will go to the Greek church or park at one of the many houses in the vicinity and walk to the tailgating destination.

You can buy parking on Stubhub (there is a second tab for parking) and SeatGeek (again, a second tab)
There is also a house across from the Greek church on River who charges to park on their front lawn. Short walk up the hill to stadium.
On the seatgeek page, right under the heading for Rutgers Scarlet Knights Football Tickets, you have to click the "Parking" link.
