Rutgers & NJ @ Heart
Bottom line

At the end of the day

You got this

In it to win it

Step up

It's Too easy

It's a war out there

Unbelievable

These all qualify as TNT'ers: Tired and Trite!

I hope all announcers (Sports or News) use the full English language again sans these expressions+ any others you want to add.

We are in this together
Using any percentage greater than 100% (barf)
You do you
The stupid usage of non-words “bruh” “prolly” and “tryna”
Truth be told
Out of an abundance of caution

#sorrynotsorry
Aka ...
Sorry I'm not sorry.
Also, Everything happens for a reason. (Not true. If my cat gets hit by a truck what's the reason???!!!!!)
One I constantly say is "No worries" and "Oh okay"
It's really annoying and I need to stop...just sayin.. 🤷‍♀️

Used to work for an Investment Bank full of tools that spoke in phrases like these

One day I went to a meeting determined to do nothing but speak in stupid phrases like these - “let’s take the ball and run with it” type stuff

A friend of mine knew what I was planning and would smirk every time I spoke.. it couldn’t have been more obvious

I was pulled aside by my boss after the meeting and complimented on my great participation in the meeting

I know I’m late on this expression but how the hell GOING FORWARD exploded a few years ago to the point that everyone on ESPN said that expression at least twice during every segment?

with all due respect,

followed by something completely dis-respectful

I use to start a conversation with an officer (when i was in the Navy) with the line
"No Respect intended"
They would always say, don't you mean disrespect? I would reply....sure

The one i hate the most
"UNPRECEDENTED!!

Everything is unprecedented. It drives me crazy.

Not really expression, but I have noticed over the years that in husband/wife or boyfriend/girlfriend relationships, when you hear a person bashing the other , they generally hold the other person to higher standards than they do themselves.
