At some point you have to look yourself in the mirror and ask if it is time for Phase 2 of my life.

A differentiator in this program going forward could be Pikiell going in to homes and telling parents how important academics are and we aim at helping your son succeed in what happens next after college is over. That doesn't resonate with every parent, but I'll bet it will with quite a few.

I worked in the field and my guess would be about 40K. Early 90's players were making low 20's in UK with apartment and a small meal plan, shared car, etc. Not great but not poverty and your hope is that you are good soldier and move up ranks. Teams want mature players who are not headaches.
 
He made about 25k...I agree this is lame, but I’m sure he’s pretty broke...
