Reports down south says that Miami Defensive Coordinator Manny Diaz is being interviewed for the Temple Head Coach vacancy. Hes probably one of the few positive things for the Hurricanes this season.

Rutgers shouldve probably hired him 3 years ago.

Just because he's being considered for Temple doesn't mean he's a fit for us and should have been hired instead of Ash. His experience in Miami is what put him in the position he's in today.

we still have sweden and Germany!
Local other programs showing they will do anything needed to improve but Hobbs and Barchi dont care so RU will just remain the doormat program.

Point taken, but there’s nothing wrong with Chris Ash the DC. He’s a solid DC as illustrated this year. He’s just not HC material.

Just proves,no one knows who will become a good HC from what his assistant resume shows and even mid major HCs moving into P-5 HC positions are a gamble the school is making.

Manny might be a good one or could crash and burn.
His DC resume isn't spotless, but becoming a Broyles award nominee in 2016 and leading the Hurricanes to a #2 Total Defense rating helps make his Texas time easy to overlook.
