For their sake hope he does better there than he did running ATT lol. Took over DirectTV and Time Warner and left them with tons of debt and bad acquisitions that have since been spun off.

The Big XII and ACC games should be good ones as these are so-or-die affairs. Besides the bye, the SEC and. Big Ten games don’t matter all that much.

B12 is do or die for both teams. MWC as well. I'm not so sure about the ACC. I think SMU will probably stay in even if they lose. For Clemson it's do or die. If they win though, it would push Alabama out.

Why do the TV people always pit the ACC and B1G championship games at the same time? Not expecting you to have a ready answer, but that does not make any sense and only hurts ratings.

Based on this week’s rankings, the projected 1st round games on campus are fantastic:
Tenn @ OSU, Bama @ ND, ASU @ PSU, IU @ Georgia. I don’t have an issue with Miami getting left out. I’ve seen them play a number of times. They can’t stop anyone, it’s all offense and Cam Ward. Their best wins were week 1 at Florida and against Duke. Should have lost at Cal, they scored with a few secs left and won 39-38. They were very lucky the last sec Hail Mary by VT got overruled. Narrowly got by Louisville. As much as I don’t want to see Bama in the playoff, they have better wins and are a bettter team than Miami.

He doesn’t think Alabama will get bumped which means you’d be penalizing an already qualified SMU out for playing an extra game.

Not necessarily, if the committee thinks the B12 champ game is enough to jump them.

I think Boise would hold serve but you never know for sure.
Essentially, whatever Warde Manuel says, which can change with every passing moment but will always benefit the SEC.

14-3 JSU on WKU…Rich Rod’s last hurrah before a return to WVU? Done well in his 2 years since moving up to FBS and overall in his 3 years there. In the CUSA title game by year two in the FBS. WVU could do worse.

It’s too bad the second round isn’t a home game too. Would be nice to some teams head up to the blue turf assuming they win and keep the bye.

I more of a legend then @Plum Street as I called this as soon as they announced going to 12 teams. Most of the Conference Championships would struggle to sell out at their former prices, it even worse.
People can't travel constantly
So you’re admitting plum is a legend !!!
Legends never die

Tulane beat Navy 35-0 a few weeks a go - beat Temple 52-6.
They aren't a bad team but Army has done pretty well against them in the last years

They had a good shot of beating KSU this year too but a bad call from a ref took away a TD at the end of the game.

Tulane defense completely stuffed a good Navy offense but Army defense is better. As a Navy fan rest is good and Army has to battle a tough team tonight before America's Game next week.

Army 14-0

Could get an AAC title in season one in the conference…11 win season too.

A bunch of those opportunities this year. Texas, Oregon, SMU, ASU are the others.
