OT: RIP Toni Morrison

Gave us a lot of great books, and her books gave is great stories like Beloved.

88 years old. Lived a full lif .

I don't read fiction or poetry and never read Morrison directly. However I miss her type - that is the a literary icon. Not many of these left. I was thinking of The Three Tenors the other day and also miss their type even though I was never an opera fan

Went to a T.M. reading many years ago. . Thought I would be bored even though I respect her tremendously. Jeez was I way off. She was mesmerizing.
