OT: Robbinsville restaurant on Diners, Drive ins and Dives Friday night!

love this place. Italian Mambo sandwich is my standard. They make some awesome catering sandwich platters. Prepared food and salads are great.

Lived in Robbinsville and Hamilton Square for 15 years. I am Italian born and bred. Loved Dolce and Clemente, and De Lorenzo's. D&C is a treasure. A true italian pork store. I miss it here in WNC.

Who has been there? Mr & Mrs Screw??

Been there? I practically live there. I'm on a first name basis with everyone in the store. They catered my daughter's backyard covid wedding 2 years ago.

They have been waiting for the announcement of this episode for months. I just hope I can get in there on Friday before the show airs because it'll be insane all weekend long.

Fun fact: last time Guy Fieri went there his producers had to drag him out of the store. He liked the prosciutto bread so much that he ordered 200 loaves of it at Christmas time so he could give it out to his friends and family.

We need a Arthur Ave trip. Has Guy ever been there?

The bagel place by my school that was on Triple D immediately raised their prices significantly after airing and I refused to go back. They ended up selling the place a few years later. I hope that doesn't happen to this place.

This place is already pricey ..but worth every penny, because everything is fresh & delicious.
They are actually having a sale Friday/Saturday/Sunday on a few items to celebrate the showing. ... including their famous, and delicious, prosciutto bread.

Price can't get any higher there.

I get the prosciutto bread and some of the other breads. Sometimes a sandwich. Love the place. Getting hungry just thinking bout it!

Gotta pay for our Disney trip this summer. By the way, where's my football ticket money?

Just put in an order for their "sale" specials and picking up an order first thing on Friday. Looking forward to the prosciutto bread.

OK picked up the "sale" special early this morning and had the chicken pink panther on the garlic bread for lunch today. It was delicious. Had the Cavetelli Bella Mia for dinner. Also very good. Still to come the prosciuto bread. If interested, suggest you get an order in for the special package before the 9pm airing. https://www.dolceandclementes.com/item/the-triple-d-nation-party-pack It was well worth the $55 and its a good 3 to 4 meals for a couple. I went on a food adventure this morning and followed this stop with a visit to the Junior's Cheesecake factory store in Burlington. Always wanted to check it out and thought I was not too far away so made that stop #2. Some nice bargains especially for "seconds" if you don't care about something being uneven or a "scratch and dent" cheesecake. You can always cover up an imperfection with some whipped cream or fruit if serving to guests, otherwise who cares. https://www.juniorscheesecake.com/blog/restaurants/bakery-outlet/
