Project completed by DEVCO. Backed by Gov Christie and Jon Hanson who spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony a little over a year ago.
Will be interesting to see if the new college students and the new relocation of the South Jersey Gas headquarters (also part of this project) will significantly improve the Chelsea neighborhood of the boardwalk. Time will tell.
