First half of the Roma at Liverpool first leg is in the books and...

...Liverpool is dominating this match after a bit of a slow start and is up 2-0. Salah with two gorgeous goals against his former club and Mani could've had two more (and Liverpool hit the crossbar on a header). Bad news for Liverpool (and England) though, as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain went off with an apparent knee injury about 18 minutes in (couldn't walk). Real-Bayern tomorrow. Would love to see Liverpool win it all - getting a bit tired of seeing Real/Bayern/Barca win.

Holy crap, it's now 5-0. Utter domination. Firmino with 2 and Mane with 1. Roma looks like they're boots are in cement.

Well, Roma has made it 5-2. They were down 4-1 against Barca and won 3-0 at home to go through. Same scenario in play here right now...unless they score again, as Liverpool has gotten sloppy.

Hala Madrid!
They were outplayed by Bayern, but Bayern couldn't finish off several pretty easy chances. Horrible gaffe by the Bayern defense on the first goal, although Navas blew it on Minnich's goal, too (but redeemed himself later). Should be a fun return leg...

Real has ice water veins away, I'm almost more concerned about the home leg.
