Link is 90 seconds long. I'm not sure how as a coach you get in a player's face who's been where Pat's been, and maybe there's little need to, but this kind of stuff is humbling. I might go see a lax game just to cheer him on for a game.

A good coach knows how to motivate each player individually. Coach Brecht is a good coach.
 
That's awesome, humility, gratefulness and patriotism.

Our entire country was filled with men like that during WW2, now not so much, and I know why.
