I know you are very involved in the men's lacrosse program and have nothing but good things to say about Hobbs. On the flip side the women's program has been floundering for years under Coach Brand. Why do you think Hobbs has not made a move here? Her record has been poor to fair at best her whole career at Rutgers

I have no insight into the women's program other than what you see. I don't know what, if any, challenges they have or the support they receive.
I know Hobbs takes a very well rounded view of the department. He wants to win in every sport. However, when stepping into a leadership role in any failing organization, you have to prioritize. Hobbs has gotten a ton done to date. It's been remarkable. I am sure he will get to women's lacrosse too. NJ produces great women's laxers. There is no reason we can't win in that sport with proper support. Much like women's soccer.
