I'd say the uniforms in the Big Ten tend to be dull, with a few exceptions.
A better title for the article/ranking would be "How much do uniforms remind one of 1974?"
"Give credit to Iowa for figuring out how to make both shoulder stripes and pants stripes look good" aka "how to wear the steelers uniform."
