Don't forget...and of course in typical RU fashion, the link they have up to renew tickets is still the partial payment plan which was due on August 19 and only charges you half the money. Only at RU...does anyone who works there ever check these things. The more things change, the more things stay the same. Instead of being able to just click a button and renew, I will have to call and spend time to do the renewal.
