Thanks for posting.I used to go to a number of Base Ball games when I lived up North.Enjoyed them no end.I even caught them against FAU in Boca, and had a short chat with Moose.Confirmed that he HAD put in for the FB HC position when Frank was fired and the other Fred said to stick with Baseball.

That was my first RU home game but won't be my last. Parking and game are free. Can't beat the view from the stands although I don't understand the need to blare music over the PA system in between batters. I found that to be annoying. The announcers voice is eerily similar to the boxing announcer who is famous for the saying "Let's get ready to rumble".

That guy does soccer and gymnastics too. Just awful to listen to. I can understand overdoing it once or twice but other than that....so annoying!

Besides all that, so glad for the RU win!

Just got back from this game. Great pitching by both teams. I think there was 4 walks total by both teams and about 20 strike outs. Texas never got a runner to 3rd and only 2 to 2nd.

According the the B10 site.....since 1896 OSU has won the B10 15 times...most recently in 2009 and won a national championship in 1966...........
