Three thoughts about the video, one sort of substantive, one about politics and one pretty much just about presentation:
1. Hobbs doesn't say this (and never will), but given the timing, it's obvious that all of these plans were in place before he was hired. I'm not criticizing him, as I assume that there is a belief that giving Julie Hermann any public credit for anything will hurt related fundraising, but I did think it's worth mentioning.
2. He spent an awful lot of time naming politicians who supported the tax credit bill. I get that he's engaging in a bit of quid pro quo, and I know this is one reason he was hired, but he probably could have been less obvious about it.
3. He seems to be shouting through most of the video. It's not really a good look for him.
