Here are the RU opponents playing in the postseason this year. Out of 26 teams RU played this year, 9 are in the NCAA tournament and 9 more are in the WNIT. (No opponents are in the WBI, but that's not a surprise.)

It's worth noting that 3 RU OOC opponents won their conference tournaments (out of 9 possible wins - there were 3 teams from the ACC, 2 from the CAA, and 2 from the BEast), and 4 others were conference tourney runners-up.

And I suppose I should mention that RU opponents are guaranteed one win and one loss in the NCAAs, since Maryland and Bucknell play in the 1st round. (And 5 of the 9 NCAA teams are in the same half of the Bridgeport regional, so no more than two of them will make the Sweet 16 and no more than one of them will make the Elite 8.)

NCAA

Chattanooga
Elon
Duke
Temple
Bucknell

Michigan State
Maryland
Purdue
Ohio State

WNIT

Virginia
Wake Forest
Princeton
St. John's
James Madison

Indiana
Iowa
Penn State
Michigan

The WNIT starts tomorrow, but the first RU opponents don't play until Thursday.
