Kanniard wins his consi match 11-0 in just over 30 seconds. Kanniard looks noticeably more muscular/defined to me
Went upper body that entire second half of the period. Demas is a tough out.
Kanniard made quick work in his first match this morning with a nice leg lace in the backend.
Agreed. Kanniard had that nice 4 point move and the leg lace. I don’t know why they were taking so long reviewing the match at the end there.
He has had a tough time with Foca in the past. I was hoping he'd win this time. Maybe a matter of time.
Shawver and Sammy did very well. I wonder what if they had each made their intended weight classes. Shawver seems to be the man going forward at 125 if he can make the weight. I'll be disappointed if Aguilar doesn't make a serious attempt to win it back. I don't know where Raimo will fit in. Aragona remains a big concern. MVB is great at wrestlebacks but duel matches don't have them. Kaniard is looking better?! 165 still a problem. Just some random thoughts.

Freestyle at times cannot be a true indicator of how they will do in folkstyle.
Yes, very true but my perception has been that with many, freestyle is the weakness.
