RU - Three Ranked Teams

MCY, I am very familiar with Somerset County Lacrosse and the Ridge program, and what I see is a real struggle in getting the best kids to seriously consider Rutgers but e5fdny is has hit the nail on the head while Rutgers gets almost no one out of Lead Edge, Run by an RU alum, they get a chance with every 2KL kid, run by a pair of RU alums reasonably the 2nd best club team in NJ. we will not get better until some of those LE kids make the choice to go to RU

I would guess that 99.9% of the top kids play for their school and a club team so yes we would need to get those kids. My son plays BBL outdoor and box and this year a few kids came over from LE to BBL. Furthermore, there appears to be some shuffling between teams in the 13 to 15 year olds that I noticed this year. Perhaps this happens every year, perhaps I just noticed it this year.
