Rutgers alarms campus with test text warning of armed shooter in library

Scary for those that didn't check email:

"Students were alarmed Thursday at 9:49 a.m. with a text notifying students of an armed suspect in an area of Alexander Library on the College Avenue campus."

It did say "TEST TEST" at the bottom of the original text about the armed shooter, but they obviously should've been more clear.

My wife was with me when the text went out. I read the email, so I knew it was a test, but she was alarmed. The first thing she said was that they should have put TEST TEST first.

I received three e-mails beforehand telling me they would be doing this training scenario. Since I pay attention, I was fine.
