We are Rutgers Alums seeking a Licensing Partner for a new Rx Non-Steroidal Nasal Spray for Pulmonary Fibrosis with no known side effects....and Non-Steroidal Nasal Spray for COPD with no known side effects right behind it for 30-60 million Patients in the US that should not use steroids.
