So Rutgers gets noon starts.

May I be the first and perhaps the only one to say I like it. But 6 p.m. seems to be a strange time usually:
Noon
3:30 or 4 p.m.
7, 7:30 or 8 p.m.

Yes, but that was because the BTN was doing a double header on that Thursday night. We had the 6 PM game, Illinois had the 9 PM game.
Yes, but I did not say, but meant, on a Saturday. I should have been more precise. Howard was a "Thursday evening."
I suspect FS1 is doing something similar. They may have a 9:30 or 10:00 game scheduled.
Yes.. but as someone noted.. late games in November.. not nice. 6pm is just an accommodation for more games on BTN with a late one from the west coast. No biggie.
And for those hoping to drive back, game ends at 9:30, in car by 10 p.m.- drive back to Monmouth County is about 3-3.5 hours. Not many will want to arrive home after 1 a.m.
This is where the old Big Ten was correct with the 12 noon later in the season kickoff.
