Rutgers Baseball at Saint Joseph’s Postponed

The Rutgers baseball game scheduled for Tuesday at Saint Joseph's has been postponed. The Scarlet Knights are working through an equipment issue that took place in Salt Lake City on the way home from last weekend's series in Arizona.

RU and SJU will look into a possible makeup date later on this season.

Rutgers' game on Wednesday versus Saint Peter's is still on as of Monday. First pitch from Bainton Field is set for 2 p.m.

This is very sad. I assume the team is trying to get emergency uniforms so the game can be played Wednesday with St. Peter's. I feel terrible for all of the team members if all of their own clothing and personal belongings were ruined as well. I understand the jet fuel which damaged everything can cause skin irritation if worn so this is a major issue. delta should pay big time for this catastrophe.
